Since the establishment of the Cladding Process and Material Application R&D Center in 2016, Fronis has remained market-driven, committed to independent innovation, and has achieved the following practical results:

Patent Achievements: Over 10 national invention and utility model patents in the field of cladding, covering core technologies such as robotic intelligent cladding, low dilution deposition processes, and composite welding material formulations.

Authoritative Recognition: Recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and Provincial Science and Technology Innovation Demonstration Unit, with a technical system certified under ISO 9001 Quality Management.

Industry-Academia Collaboration: Established joint laboratories with multiple universities and research institutes, facilitating efficient transformation from laboratory research to industrial applications.

Additionally, our company is equipped with advanced laboratory equipment, including ABB robotic laser cladding systems, FANUC robotic PTA cladding systems (Fronius), Motoman robotic CMT cladding systems, and hot-wire TIG cladding systems.
