PRODUCT DETAILS
Copper-nickel alloys (e.g., Monel 400, 90/10 Cu-Ni) are renowned for their exceptional corrosion resistance, making them ideal for flange cladding in aggressive environments. Copper-nickel alloy cladding significantly enhances flange durability in corrosive and marine environments.
Forming Process:
Utilizing advanced automated cladding technologies, high-performance nickel-copper alloy layers are precisely applied to the inner wall and sealing surface of forged flanges, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance in highly aggressive environments.
Flange Size Range:
2″–48″ cladded flanges available in standard and customized specifications.
Base Material for Forged Flanges:
Carbon steel, alloy steel, pipeline steel, stainless steel, and other structural materials.
Cladding Material:
Nickel-copper alloy (Monel and similar grades), known for its exceptional resistance to seawater, acids, alkalis, and stress corrosion cracking.
Applications:
Ideal for marine environments, offshore oil platforms, desalination systems, chemical plants, refineries, and power generation facilities, where exposure to saltwater or corrosive chemicals demands enhanced performance.

Flange Cladding Copper Alloy (nickel copper)
Product Features:
FNS copper-alloy cladded flanges are produced using PTA, laser cladding, GTAW, and CMT automated processes. These techniques ensure:
Excellent metallurgical bonding between base and cladding layers
Low dilution rate for maintaining alloy purity
Strong adhesion and uniform deposition across sealing surfaces
Superior resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and galvanic attack
These features make nickel-copper cladded flanges a reliable choice for long-term service in challenging operational conditions.
Capacity:
Flange welding is executed using CCC/ETR and horizontal cladding systems. With over 100 adjustable welding machines, FNS achieves a production capacity of more than 500 tons annually, meeting global demand for high-performance cladded flange solutions.
